We currently offer a variety of produce including the following:
Tomatoes
Tomatoes are our signature product and are renowned for their sweet flavor and firm texture. We currently offer a number of specialty tomatoes including:
- Baby Roma Tomatoes
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Golden Grape Tomatoes
- Grape Tomatoes
- Kahuku Golden Tomatoes
- Zebra Tomatoes
Our tomatoes are vine ripened and individually hand-picked at its peak flavor. They are sweet and firm and make for a great healthy snack. They are also an ideal addition to any salad, salsa, or spaghetti.
Japanese Cucumbers
Japanese Cucumbers are a local favorite. They are long and slender, have a dark green skin, and a sweet, crisp, delicious interior.
They are traditionally pickled but also taste fantastic in soup, salad, grilled, or as an addition to a stir fry.
Long Bean
Long Beans are an Asian specialty. Our Long Beans are hand harvested at approximately 18 inches long to ensure premium quality and flavor.
Long Bean can be used in any recipe calling for green beans. They may be steamed, boiled, served on their own, or used in a wide range of dishes from soups to stews to stir fry dishes.
Long Squash
Long Squash makes an excellent addition to any soup. Long Squash is incredibly tasty and is frequently used in pork and chicken dishes. It is sweeter than regular squash and is an excellent source of Vitamins A and C.
Our Long Squash is seedless and is picked young to provide an optimally sweet flavor.
